wild kitchen rituals - march: a wild greens online workshop
Hello friends,
Welcome to Wild Kitchen Rituals — a monthly hands-on workshop series where we make medicine and healing recipes together, right in your own kitchen.
Each month centers around a seasonal theme to support and grow your apothecary. you'll receive a shopping list sent in advance so you can join Colleen live and actually make things with your hands.
We'll explore how to weave these plants into your daily life, the benefits they offer, and the deeper co-creative relationship you can build with the knowing of their nature.
march: a wild greens workshop
March 26, 2026 at 6pm
This spring we're turning to the plants already growing in your yard. Chickweed, nettles, dandelion, henbit, mallow, cleavers — whatever is pushing up through the soil where you live it will be used in this class.
So many wild greens are here as generous spring medicine: bitter and mineral-rich, they wake up the liver, move stagnancy, and reconnect us to the season.
We'll use Chickweed (Stellaria media) and Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioica) from my kitchen garden as our featured examples, but you're invited to forage, grow, or gather whatever wild greens are abundant for you.
Together we'll make three recipes:
- A bright and vibrant culinary infused garlic and wild greens oil — perfect for your winter into spring salads.
- A liver-loving spice sprinkle blended with nettles and herbs to enhance wellness and sneak a little herbal oomph into your daily.
- A vibrant spicy, garlicky green chimichurri packed with fresh wild greens and wild onions.
Everyone who joins will receive the class recording and March recipes & remedy booklet with a plant diet guide to help navigate the season with your plant allies by your side.
