We aim to ship within 2 business days of receiving your order! We're a small team working hard to get your herbal goodies out the door and on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping option you select at checkout. Once the carrier receives your package, it can take up to 5 business days for delivery. You'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order along the way!

Shipping is expensive, and there's no magic spell to make it disappear! But we've worked our craft to get you the best possible rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier, your location, box size, and the total weight of the magic we're boxing up and sending your way. Shipping costs also covers the time and care our team puts into packing each order with intention before we hand it off to the carriers who deliver it straight to your doorstep.

We know "free shipping" feels like the norm, but the truth is someone's always footing that bill. That said, we do sprinkle in free shipping offers for special occasions throughout the year—so stay connected via our newsletter or social media to catch those little gifts when they appear!

We're not able to ship internationally at this time, but it's something we hope to expand into as Wild Roots continues to grow! For now, we're shipping within the United States only.

We ship to anywhere within the 50 United States! As long as you're stateside, we can get your herbal goodies to you.

Yes! If you need change your shipping address, shoot us an email at hello@wildrootsapothecary.com with your new shipping address. As long as we haven't printed the shipping label yet, we can absolutely make that change for you!

Once your order has already shipped and is out in the world with the carrier, we unfortunately can't change the address en route—so reach out as soon as you can!

your herbal goodies are likely on their way! Packages typically arrive within a few days to a week, but sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" a day or two early to meet their quotas. Think of it as a delivery window and keep an eye out!

Once your package leaves our hands, the carrier takes over responsibility for delivery. If it hasn't shown up after 5 business days of being marked delivered, or if it seems lost in transit, reach out to us at hello@wildrootsapothecary and we'll help you figure out next steps.

Please note: if your order goes astray because of an incorrect shipping address on your end, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of having it resent.

Yes! For locals, we're happy to offer in-store pick-up. Just place your order online and select the pick-up option at checkout.

Here's how it works:

  1. Wait for an email confirmation letting you know your order is ready—typically within 1-2 days (or sooner if the stars align!).
  2. Swing by during our shop hours to grab your goodies. When you arrive, pop inside, give us your name, and one of our crew members will bring your order right to you.

Note: If the items you want aren't available or you're having trouble selecting the pick-up option at checkout, shoot us an email at hello@wildrootsapothecary.com and we'll get your order sorted!

We don't include physical packing slips with prices in our packages, so your gift-giving magic is safe with us. Your recipient will only get the herbal goodies, no price tags or receipts to spoil the surprise!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your herbal magic! We're happy to accept returns on certain products within 7 days of receiving your order.

What we can accept:

  • Items that are unopened and still in their original packaging and condition

What we cannot accept:

  • Food-based products including teas, syrups, cocoas, spices, fire ciders, tinctures, and oxymels (for health and safety reasons)
  • Custom products (such as custom blends)
  • Opened personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

A refund request can be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

If your item is eligible for a return, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive the items back in their original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Oh no! We pack everything with care, but sometimes things get a little feral in transit.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and reach out to us immediately at hello@wildrootsapothecary.com if anything is broken or damaged.

Send us photos if you can, and we'll work our magic to make it right as quickly as possible!

EVENTS AND CLASSES

We do our best to make sure every event happens as planned, but we're a small team and sometimes life (or weather, or unexpected circumstances) has other ideas!

If we need to cancel or reschedule an in-person event, we'll notify you as soon as possible—our goal is to give you at least 24 hours notice before the event start time. We'll reach out via email with updates and next steps, whether that's rescheduling or issuing refunds.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we navigate the unpredictable nature of running a small, earth-centered business!

We get it—sometimes plans change or emergencies happen! If you need to cancel your event or class reservation, send us an email at hellp@wildrootsapothecary.com and we'll initiate the cancellation.

Here's how our event refund policy works:

  • Two weeks or more before the event: Full refund
  • One week before the event: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours of the event: No refund available (unless we're the ones who cancel!)

All our online classes are recorded, so if your schedule changes (or life just gets wild), no worries—you'll receive a recording of the class that you can watch whenever works best for you.
