Directions for Use: In a teapot or tea infuser add 2 tablespoons of mix. Pour 6 ounces of boiling water over the tea and let steep for 20 minutes to 1 hour. 

Sip slowly through the day to maximize benefit.  For acute needs drink 3-4 cups daily.
