Fri-YAY Trail Walk with the Hive

this is a part of our love, wild Hive community and is FREE to those that have joined our group on Heylo - it's an app so that we can manage all the events and activities that we are planning! 

Join us every Friday from 3:30-4:30ish for our weekly Fri-YAY Trail Walk!

What to expect:

• Meet at the love, wild Gardens at 3:30 for some light stretching

• Ruck (weighted vest) or regular walk along the Sperryville River Trail to Pen Druid Brewery and back. About 2.5 miles round trip with gradual elevation change of 200 feet. 

• Stay for an optional beer at the brewery if you'd like! 

Cost:

• FREE for all Hive members - Join now for free right here.
