Dandelion Digestive Chai

At the root of health is digestion, or assimilation. When we look deeply at our health in the Spring, we know that it’s important to support the liver as it moves from winter into more raw, healthy worlds. Our Dandelion Digestive Chai provides this support with -- you guessed it! -- Dandelion. I also love Burdock for its ability to balance our fluids, both water and oil, thus helping with any bloating. Then, I keep it lovely with all of those warming chai spices because keeping the body warm is crucial for keeping us well. 

Ingredients: Roasted Dandelion Root, Crystallized Ginger, Burdock Root, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Chips, Coriander, Whole Clove, and a powdered blend of: Cardamom, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove

Directions for use: In a teapot or tea infuser add 2 tablespoons of mix.  Pour 6oz of boiling water over mix and let steep for 5-15 minutes
