How to Brew

In a teapot or tea infuser, add 1 tablespoon of the blend. Pour 6 ounces of boiling water over it and steep for 5 to 15 minutes. Rest in this ritual, and put thoughts into actions that are sustainable and wholly present, allowing the plants to hold you and fill you with courage and strength.
