WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Folks with flexibility for weekday and week end work and /or holiday availability 
• 15-25 hours per week depending on the season
• Herbal experience or deep interest in learning preferred
• Experience in customer service and retail environment preferred 
• Detail oriented with attention to detail
• Familiar with using online software programs to help organize production and inventory, marketing and likes to use spreadsheets to support organization.
• Fast learner and can work autonomously when trained well

Key responsibilities include:

• Help support Colleen and staff to support and grow our current offerings and you know support the tea room and garden adventure
• Customer Service & Inventory Management 
• Day to day functioning of Apothecary
• Production for our  labeling, bottling handmade products, keeping records and details for compliance

Product Knowledge + Storytelling

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the products we carry with curiosity and share those stories with customers 
• Find answers to product inquiries on your own using available resources 
• Personalize customer interactions by sharing your own experiences

Visual Merchandising + Shop Standards

• Work to maintain the visual standard of the shops by regularly restocking, remerchandising and cleaning. 

*** We do need someone that loves or can utilize Spreadsheets and google docs, has experience using online programs like Shopify, mail marketing services (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), Canva, Asana. If this isn't you - it's okay - we will have more positions coming soon.
