In this gentle cup we have the immune building goodness of Calendula, Elderberry & Rosehips, warming floral forward spices of Schezuan Peppercorns, Star Anise And Rose. Directions for Use: In a teapot or tea infuser add 2 tablespoons of mix. Pour 6 ounces boiling water over mix and let steep 5-15 minutes. This tea is also one you can refresh with a little more tea and a rebrew.
