Ever-bearing strawberries with blackcurrants and our rosemary. This flavor reminds me of early August evenings, eating al fresco, a pile of biscuits, a puff of whipped cream, a dollop of this jam and a few fresh berries from the farmers market.
This is a great flavor for nutty, hard cheeses like aged sheep milk and cheddars.
This honey sweetened jam contains: organic/no spray strawberry, blackcurrant, honey, lemon juice, rosemary.
