Have you seen the trees as they burst into bright celebratory colors, only to release their bounty to the ground days later?
Deepen your connection to the Autumn spirit of the Appalachian foothills, and its nourishing, medicinal trees and plants during this immersive weekend.
We’ll find mindful movement inside and out, foraging, creating and enjoying plant-based self-care goodies. We will learn to embody plant and elemental rituals to root, release and celebrate ourselves, one another, and the plant's medicine and spirit.
