This course is for slightly more advanced gardeners or beginners that have taken a basic course or had success and want a lil bit more.

Joneve Murphy has been farming for restaurants, chefs, farmer's markets and home cooks for more than 16 years.
She moved to Virginia in 2009 for a position at Ayrshire Farm in Upperville, attending farmers markets and selling produce to various chefs in the DC and Northern Virginia region.
In May of 2014, she traveled to 18 countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, and Central America to study organic agriculture. She worked on more than 200 farms growing everything from coconuts to wasabi, vegetables, grains, fruit, fish and animals as both a volunteer and consultant.
She learned traditional farming methods as well as modern ones to compliment her own knowledge in the field.
She currently is working for a local 3-star restaurant in the area as a farm manager.
