CLASS DATE: Sunday 8th, 2024 from 9am-12pm
Includes two small bottles of ink and a small art work to take home!
In this class, we will learn the fundamentals of botanical ink making. We will forage for plants that can be used to make ink and dye. After harvest, we will process these plants in several shades and colors.
This class is intended for folks interested in foraging for their own art supplies. Many plants in our area can be foraged to make long-lasting inks, paints, dye, and more.
During this 3-hour hands-on class, we will learn
Plants that can be foraged for color in our area
How and what to harvest from these wild pigment plants
